Hey guys I have a program that connects to my MySql database through the x10 premium hosting but it keeps getting disconnected. I get this error "Error: Connection lost: The server closed the connection." I'm not too sure on what to do... Any help is appreciated.

if you are trying to connect to your x10hosting's free-hosting account's database - you can do that
due to the large security risk - x10hosting's free-hosting accounts do not have remote MySQL database access (both incoming and outgoing from the account) - x10hosting's firewall blocks all remote database access

very few in this forum have access to x10hosting's Premium accounts
for support regarding Premium accounts - use the ticket system for Premium clients at --> [ https://clients.x10hosting.com/login ]
