server crash

hi,
i am new user and i have big problem with your hosting.
Hosting is very often slow and crashes. Often Server http, Exim or DNS is down and i can't access at my website.
I have problem also with ftp: if i send many files server crash and i can't access to website and also control panel.

This problem there is always.

can you help me?

I am seeing no problems. I can access your site, your site is showing up for me and it loads fast.

now my site is ok, it's only slow to load.
but often i can't access to my site and i look server status: http server down!!!

10-15 time to day... not it's normal for me...

can you control log of server to understand problem?

At times the servers' loads spike because of abuse. We try our best to keep this from happening, but at times we are not able to.

Check out the server alerts forum. Usually we'll make a post about it and let everyone know what is going on.
