I don't think it's quite that bad, x10hosting is going through alot of much needed change right now, there are inevitably going to be some teething troubles but all will be better in the long run. I have allready noticed that when my site is up it is faster than before so the changes have improved things. When the problems have been smoothed out I'm sure there will be alot of happier people around here, including yourself. You may even wonder how you could have continued without the change.
