i can't do anything,i can't open my site in my location, plz hlp

I just did a Whois Domain Search on your co.cc domain and it shows the namesevers are set to:

Name Server : ITS.BLOCKED.DOMAIN

I'm not entirely sure what that means, but it seems like co.cc blocked the domain.
