Hi.
I'm a little confused about a number of things, but the main problem:

http://freedom2fight.exofire.net is down.

I can access perfectly fine via FTP, but it seems HTTP is down. I've not seen an announcement, so I thought I'd post!

Secondly, I've registered 2 forum accounts and loadsa webspace accounts before I read the ToS, and now I know I can only have one.

Could you please delete the following:
http://headspace.exofire.net
http://headspace.elementfx.com
http://dxsoldiers.exofire.net
http://dxdesign.elementfx.com

I don't know how to delete my account due to the odd nature of your forum/hosting account link.

Basically what I'm trying to say is can you leave this one up: http://freedom2fight.exofire.net
The problem is I can't remember what forum account is linked to it, coz I used the same forum account for many of the above hosting accounts.

I know the cPanel login is freedom.

EDIT: Typically of my luck, it's just come back as I posted this. Sorry.

So my question would be, how did you create all those accounts before reading the TOS when you have to agree to it before creating ONE never mind multiple? Personally I'm really getting sick of helping people like you.

If another staff member wants to sort this out they can.

For that I'm honestly sorry. Originally I wanted space for a clan-site, and the first one I signed up for was an Ad-free plan. Once, after I'd realised that the Ad-enhanced plans were much better and the ad requirements were very reasonable, I decided I wanted an ad-enhanced plan.

Then I kinda got carried away and set up a number of websites.... And admittedly, I failed to read the ToS, It's sorta habitual these days - the majority of agreements are simply standard stuff written in legal language, so I just scrolled to the continue and submit buttons.

Again, I apologise for being an inconvenience. X10 appears to be a very unique hosting company, and I suppose it wouldn't be fair for me to keep multiple accounts, coz the space/bandwidth you offer is enough on just one ad-enhanced account. ANd I'm not kissing your ass or anything, I mean it. I am grateful for the service you provide, and sorry I broke the rules.

If there's anything I can do now, just email me at darkglobe87@googlemail.com and I'll happily co-operate. I only need the freedom2fight.exofire.net domain now. I just wish it was an ad-enhanced one, coz 300Mb is a bit small =/

Well again if you had read around the forum you would see that the staff are more than willing to upgrade/downgrade your account if you had posted in the right place.

You are very wrong in what you say, no TOS or agreement is standard. If you just click willy nilly then you will get what comes to you eventually. I got a link to some software that had a terms of use, in the terms you agree to send unselicoted e-mail from your account from your machine via a little program that you dont even notice. If I hadnt of read it I would have ended up not even knowing I was spamming people.

Fair, its not fair you even signed up one account, you dont deserve it. There are lots of people that would read before signingup and they deserve them more just for that fact.

Maybe you could get a paid plan for the inconvenience you served upon whoever(if anyone) who helps you.

Thanks for your response. I have to say I do agree with what you say.

The reason I chose to use x10 is because they have very generous free accounts. I use free hosting because I cannot afford paid hosting. Although I will say that if I was to ever get paid hosting, I would DEFINITELY choose x10. I like the nice, intuitive interface.

I've never come across a hosting company which is so forum-based before, hence why I never checked the forums. Most sites I go on, the forums are only there for stupid idiots to spam, flame and ask ridiculously simple questions, not to actually get things done. Sites tend to have menus for that kinda thing, or standard contact forms. I'm not really a fan of forums myself (although ironically I set them up all the time).

Anyway - if anyone is willing to help me, I ask for guidance on how to solve the problem of my multiple accounts, and I ask if the staff* will let me keep my freedom2fight.exofire.net account, as I've spent a long time setting up that site's content.

I would also like to upgrade to ad-enhanced on that account if possible, but obviously I'm not in a position to be handing out requests.

-Matt.
PS: This might seem odd, as I cocked things up, but if you ever need a hand with anything that doesn't involve programming, I'd love to be of assistance. Think of it as payback.

EDIT: I would like to link matfor1 forum account (this one, basically) to my hosting account. I'll go use the search now, but I'm having the same trouble as a few other members.

I will need the cpanel names for each of the following domains.
Could you please delete the following:
http://headspace.exofire.net -- mjf1987<---Terminated
http://headspace.elementfx.com
http://dxsoldiers.exofire.net
http://dxdesign.elementfx.com
http://freedomtofight.exofire.net<--Terminated
Also when this is said an done i will be serving your main website a 7 day suspension for failure to comply with the TOS and wasting the Staff's time. I am really surprised that Corey just doesn't terminate all your accounts. So please list all the cpanel user names for the domains listed above.

Did you fail to mention the freedomtofight.exofire.net account? I happened to find that one also. Would you like me to terminate that account also?

My apologies, I forgot that one. Let me clarify: ALL accounts except freedom2fight.exofire.net are to be terminated (and hopefully forgotten about, I didn't realise this would cause so much of a stir, and for wasting anyone's time I'm genuinely sorry!).

Usernames

freedomtofight.exofire.net: I imagine this would be freedom or freedom87 maybe, I totally forgot about that account.
dxsoldiers.exofire.net: AFAIK this one was Shinobi or shinobi87
dxdesign.exofire.net: helios/helios87
dxdesign.elementfx.com: helios I believe.

If it helps, I think all the emails I used when registering were:
darkglobe87@googlemail.com
dxsmatt@dxsoldiers.deusexnetwork.com

I realise the problem you have now:- It's difficult keeping track of all those usernames! The reason I'm not certain of most is because I deleted the emails concerning the accounts I do not need, and I had similar cPanel/forum names.

With regards to the 7 day suspension, well that pissed me off, but I broke the rules, and I hit the consequences... and so - fair enough, I say.

All I can say is thank you very much for not terminating my main site. Cheers guys, really.

Freedom is the user name for freedom2fight.exofire.net. That is the account which you wish to keep. I can not find any other cpanel names using helios,helios87,shinobi,shinobi87 or freedom yet you still have the account i mentioned in my previous post. So if you can come up with any other possible name you could have possibly used it would be helpful. All other accounts have been terminated with exception to the freedom2fight.exofire.net account. Which is currently serving it's 7 day suspension.

Thank you. You are now all set. Once your 7 day suspension is up you will be able to link your forum account to the freedom2fight.exofire.net account. Please make sure you read the TOS and follow all the rules. Violating anyone of them anytime soon might result in losing your current account as well.

I am closing this thread.
