Server Error and Database Error

I have a forum website hosted. Last Oct.9, one member disappeared from the forum. But today, that member re-appeared and all members (That's 5 members.) that registered from Oct.10 and 11 are gone, including new topics and posts from Oct.10 and 11 are all gone. I feel sorry for those members. I'm sure they will be disappointed when they login and the forum tells them that they don't exist.

I'd like to know if the database can be recovered back to it's original Oct. 11 state.

I'd also want to know what is the database size limit of x10hosting.

I believe that the database size is unlimited since databases take not much space. However, for the SQL, there is no known way to recover the data if you didn't manually backup the database.
