hi guys i get this not sure why

so i created a ticket i changed my url maybe it takes more time to go through ?
either way im sure it wil get fixed i have a paid account with you guys also i thought it strange as i wanted to upgrade this site but it made me start a new one so was like meh 2 accounts hope that isn't why well either way hope we get it fixed cheers for the great service big happy fan here wish i could find a good promotion section for you guys for banners ect i own about 35 to 50 traffic exchanges not sure if you host that sort of stuff but im sure my members smaller sites would love your hosting so would love to advertise your company if i could only find promotional info not at all why im emailing today however lol
well hope we get this fixed and if you could hit me with a link to some promo gear cheers
