Hello - I am having an issue with subdomains in cpanel. Any time I create one, wether it is pointing to public_html or setup as a redirect, it says it was successful, but when you visit it i get a page that says:
[h=1]Server Error[/h] There has been a server error. Please try again momentarily.

If the issue persists, create a support ticket.

Also, when I login to go to Manage Domains, it continues to show an Older subdomain that I deleted months ago, and that there are no traces of in Cpanel.

Can anyone help?

The "Server Error" page is a placekeeper while the system updates itself to map your subdomain to your files.
You just have to be patient and let the system work. If you remove the subdomain and add another , it just starts the process all over again.

Why is there such a large time gap with operations like this? No more than 60 days ago I was able to put up and take down subdomains in real time for as long as I've had the account.... and now that the "server error" shows on subdomains, the main domain www.artist-logic.com shows "cannot be found" is there something that can be reset?
