Server Error

I'm trying to go to my website and i get a server error.

It's been like this for the past 24 hours now. How come and what will resolve this issue. Thanks.

I see a resource limit hit! message. You might want to go see what is causing this and fix it. Resource limits are reset for every hour.

i still see server error. how do i find out what is causing this.. it's traffic to the site not? or is it upload xml/csv file to the website i use?

i have had resource limit before and it's back up in an hour, but this error has been constant for 24 hours...
