Server Error !

Hello mates , i just got a problem .... i cant open my site or the C panel


its gave me that message when i try open the site

Server Error
The Following error uccurred: Could not connect to the server
Please contact the administrator

Yes my site is like that too.. Please check that status of the server @ www.status.x10hosting.com to see if the http or mysql are down etc..

HTTP Offline
MySQL Offline
SMTP Offline

So?that wil take along time or what?
