Server indicators Malfuctioning

Just to let you know that the indicators in the Account overview page are malfunctioning. they either say the MYSQL, FTP, HTML server is off line( it does it one at a time) but when i check my CPanel it says that its up.

Just to let you know

cPanel is its own little service, and httpd, mysql, ftp, or exim dont rely on it to function.

He's talking about the indicators in cPanel that relay the status of the individual services, which is supposed to be the same as what is displayed in the account panel, but apparently it isn't always (which is a problem).

Were are they I never saw them before, and some of the services have been jumpy laterly

my current CPanel AS of right now. the MYSQL indecatior on the Account Overview is still Down but the CPanel one is up. this is the 5th time iv seen this problem. like i said it swapes with HTML, MYSQL and FTP

it could be that the ip's have yet to be changed. also that is your account stats not server stats

when the servers are down the accout stats dont apper.
eg.
MYSQL Databases: 2/3 would be
MYSQL Databases: N/A

When the MYSQL server is down
