Server is down, domain and CPanel not reachable...Please help!

Hello,

On 24th April I had a suspension for 10 minutes, because I forget to login once in a month. Of course I do the unsespension method immediately, but since after this, I can't reach CPanel, ftp and my website.

Server 'Absolut' has had issues the last few days - that may be why you could not reach your account

There have been issues - for the last few weeks with users IP being put on one of x10hosting's firewalls - see the post in this forum - that may be why you can not reach your account - and since you can not reach CPanel or ftp or your Web site - this looks to be the case - try using a proxy to reach your Web site
