Server issues

Since my account was unsuspended a few weeks ago, I can't log into cPanel, even after changing the password, when I go to the homepage of my website or any other page, it says "500 internal error", and the FTP I had set up between Dreamweaver and my server says that it can't connect anymore. Did all of my stuff get deleted and reset when my account was suspended?

Hello,

your Account was not restored yet after recent updates. I have restored your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
