I'm trying access to my web and to the Cpanel, but the browser shows me the message "server not found". Was my count deleted?

Yes, your account has been terminated. The staff member who deleted the account must have had a good reason; you must have been violating the Terms of Service in some way. Unfortunatley, there is no way to get the site back.

I do not understand why to delete my account. You would be so kind to explain to me, I believe that it did not violate the terms of the service: no warez, anime, no adult material, neither illegal material. The contents of the website was on exotics birds, cockatiels. And the language was allowed, spanish.

I don't understand :dunno:. All the work is lost :tear:

Did you have the ads on ALL of your web pages? Thats the only other reason you account may have been deleted.

I remember terminating the site when I was checking violating accounts. I can't remember why I deleted it, but I do know that I had a good reason. Did you have the EXACT x10 ads, as in the ad codes that we require? I remember deleting one that just said "Hosting by x10Hosting", rather than using the correct code; I can't remember which account it was though.

YES, the ads codes were included. The php ads code was in all the pages and the ads changed automatically. I remember that the last ads said *free file sharing* or something similar. Is not possible to demostrate because you deleted the count, but I did a backup.

It is the second time that you mistake with me but it 's the same already .

umm i think if an admin checked them and an account manager double (triple checked them by now) checked them , you're probably WRONG obviously you don't care what happens, so they terminated your site

If you did indeed make a backup, then there is a way to prove ( unless the ad problem was on a forum or something you couldn't download ) you were right or wrong.

Send a copy to the admin, point out where you show you didn't violate the TOS, and then they could be probably more than happy to send it back and show you where you did.

If you send us the backup, without changing anything, we can load it and review the account. If I made a mistake (and if the ads are indeed there), we can get you a new account and you can load everything again.
