Server not responding

I have simple web pages up right now such as:
http://titanbase.x10hosting.com
and
http://titanbase.x10hosting.com/access.php

This week I am getting errors when I try to view these files in the browser, such as:
“http://titanbase.x10hosting.com/” cannot be loaded because the server where this page is located isn’t responding.

I would like to use this web host for my php, but it's not working. These pages are just HTML and load fine, every time, on my other host.

I appreciate you checking on this. Sometimes the page loads, but 9 times out of 10 it says the server is not responding. :dunno:

Hello,

Please clean your cache and flush your dns, your site is up and working for me.
Also try ussing a proxy website to see that the issue is in your browser
