server offline

I have one question , why server is often offline ? I can't work Sorry for my english, but I'm from Poland. Please answer!

Currently Stoli is down for maintenance. It should be back up shortly.

The reason it has been down quite a lot recently is that accounts have been moved off one of the other servers, so this has caused a few problems which need to be shorted.

EDIT: Stoli is now back online
