Server problem with file_get_contents()

Yesterday i was able to use the file_get_contents() function, but now im receiving this error:

warning file_get_contents(*my page*) function.file-get-contents failed to open stream http request failed in

What can i do to solve this?

Now, like every 20 times i refresh that page, only 1 time i can get the page, Whats happening?!

I'm on Vox too, and the function works fine for me if I target something outside of Vox (ie cnn.com or some site on another x10 server) but throws that error if I try to access my site (or yours).

EDIT/ADD: Tried again, worked once and then failed. Might be some sort of firewall issue with Vox not accepting requests from Vox.
