The question(s) burning in my soul IS(are):

How long should it take to get an account approved? Did something go wrong with mine?

Is this a good free place to build my first web site? Is this something you would recommend as a free solution for family and friends? be honest. If its not, please do say so. I can move on and not waste time. I don't mean to sound impatient, but seriously I will not mess around on a 3rd rate hosting service. Are you worth my time?

Will I get good service from here despite my lack of funds? If you don't have the time for me, i understand. Just tell me so.

they repair problems as fast as they can, and you are kept informed at all times on the service status.
staff are friendly have good response times. the servers themselves are above average on reliability.
Now as for your account being created, well i read on a previous post thet x10hosting are experiencing a "above normal amount of accounts to be created".
just hang in there, im sure it cant be much longer
