server slow?

is it just me, or is the server slow? and whenever i click a link on my site and then move my mouse, it stops loading. why?

I have the same problem to inch:

its a mystery my site can be slow even though thiers nout much more than this there but it could be cause im grabbing my images via long urls like:

<img src="http://madness.x10hosting.com/images/logo.gif">

instead of shorter urls like this one:

<img src="images/logo.gif">

but even when i used the shorter url way was slow but im sure its just my connection i only have 512mbps. :noexpress

I'm rebooting the xeon and running fsck. I don't have control over which versions should up in Fantastico or the scripts, when cPanel updates it updates those as well =\

My site's not even loading (www.elitenick.com @ 10:46 AM Eastern). I think that people who are paying for the hosting should be moved to the forums' server...since it always seems to be up. :getlost:
