Server Slowliness

My web page takes too long to open and to follow links... It seems that server is too slow, is it possible to do something?

It is likely the server just has a higher load at the moment and there is really nothing you can do about that.
If your site is consistently slow to load every day, I would consider looking at how big the images etc are on your site as they can dramatically slow page load times.

BTW, it's slowness not slowliness.
