server status failed

Hi,
I cannot view my home page http://directory.x10hosting.com my server status has a red dot failed on service named what does this mean.

named is the dns server on that box, Im sure any red dots are monitored by the gang and will be sorted shortly.

There has been a red dot next to 'named' for many days now, and I haven't really noticed a problem.

@itsagaz - when I view your site I get a 403 permission denied error. Have you uploaded any files yet? There needs to be either an index.html or index.php file in the public_html folder.

Yes I have uploaded a index.html file, however i think the files i uploaded are corrupt at my end. I have managed to restore the basic x10 home page so the red dot on server status named has no meaning?
