Server taking too long to respond

I am having an issue with my oekaki site. For several weeks, when I try to view my website I constantly get the error " The server at www.booekaki.com is taking too long to respond.". When I try to access cPanel, I also get "The server at chopin.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond." I see on the x10 status page there is no notice about chopin being down. Is this an issue with the server or my own Internet connection?

Hiya -

You're on Vox now :)

Looks like your domain is still pointing to the old Vox though - this should have been changed automatically... You can try using https://vox.x10hosting.com:2083/ to get on cPanel.

Thank you for the move! However, I am now unable to log in to cPanel. I have tried resetting my password, but I can't seem to login with the new password I've made for it. I had opened a ticket and done with the staff have said, but it still doesn't work.

DNS records on x10hosting nameservers still points your domain name to the IP of old not functional already "Chopin" server.

Additionally - even if you'll ignore DNS system and you'll send HTTP request for your domain name either to "Vox" or to "Absolut" or to "Level" - the responce from these servers is just the redirection to "/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi", no any valid webpage that could be yours is served.

Because of above we can risk to conclude that your account has not been properly (or not at all) moved between the servers. So join all the other people with the same problem that already have reported this for their accounts...
