I have been using x10 for a while now. The bandwidth and space is excellent, and when I saw the '99.9% uptime' badge, I was even happier to be with x10. But I have found out since, that it is in NO WAY 99.9% uptime, not even close. I am very disapointed, and this is the reason i'm switching hosts.
I know your probaly doing your best and your a good free host, but the uptime definately isn't up to scratch.
