Service Inactivity Termination only 2 days after Service Inactivity Suspension!!! :-(

Hello Eric... I was unable to check my emails for the past 2 weeks, & when I was (finally!) able to do so several hours ago in the evening of Monday Nov.4, I was quite saddened/despondent to see that the Service Inactivity Termination occurred just only 2 days after the Service Inactivity Suspension!!!
I've been w/ your excellent website for almost 13 years w/out any issues whatsoever, & I wonder if you will be able to restore all of my stuff (files & folders) since I haven't made a backup in years, & into a computer that I do not have anymore! (Yes I know, DEFINITELY stupid of me for sure!)
Anyway, it took me several hours (~8) for me to "come down to Earth" & post this message w/ the hope that you will able to help me w/ this snafu, & if so, I will be very thankful indeed!

Thank you for being a long term user!

I reviewed this for you and while the emails may have been sent out of sync we can confirm you have not accessed your hosting dashboard in over 90 days before today. This is the reason for your account being terminated.

With that said I have restored service this time since the emails got desynced in your case. However, you must make sure you are accessing your dashboard at least once every 30 days in the future to prevent this from happen

Please allow up to 1 hour after this post for the local DNS and dashboard to reflect this restore.

Hello once again Eric... thank you very much for restoring the service! I just went to check my emails, & indeed there were no warning emails for almost 3 months... no wonder!
Once again, thank you very much for your prompt help... you were very gracious indeed! I hope you have the rest of a good week ahead of you :)

My pleasure. Despite no emails, the clock is always ticking so please make sure you are accessing your dashboard often to prevent this from happening again.
