Hi. I received an email from X10 notifying me that my free X10 service was nearing the inactive date because I haven't logged into the user dashboard in awhile. Here's the problem, when I try to log into the dashboard by entering my email address and password and click login, I get a blank page that just sits there doing nothing. I thought maybe I'd entered my email address or password incorrectly, but after resetting to a new password and trying to log in again, no luck still a blank page. I only received the warning email maybe 6 or 7 hours ago and have been trying to login off and on for the last 3 hours or so unsuccessfully. I can still access my X10 ftp and my little website's still running fine, so not sure why I can't log into the dashboard. And on a side note, the email said I hadn't logged into the dashboard in 30 days, it's actually been closer to 4 months or more, not sure if that matters.

Can you try now there may have been an issue with our panel when you attempted to reset the password.

If it does not work can you please provide screenshots showing the URL you are attempting to access when any errors occurred.

Same thing still happens. I reset the password and attempted to login, and this is what my browser shows me. Hope the screen shot's helpful.

Hi, just got another reminder that the service inactive date is approaching, but I still end up with the same blank page whenever I try logging in, and changing passwords has made no difference.

There should be a notice on the login page indicating you are using Firefox and should update your browser or attempt to use a diffrent one at this time.

Um ... I'm running the latest Firefox, no such warning pops up anywhere I see, and using an alternate browser is quite the pain with screen readers used by the blind (Microsoft Edge is completely inaccessible and I'll never use Chrome because of it's collecting data for Google's use). So much so I had to try logging in with old Internet Explorer, which oddly enough worked, so thanks for solving the problem, any idea when X10 will start functioning properly with Firefox again?

I do apologize, We may have resolved this for firefox if you can confirm you can access your x10hosting dashboard now using this browser
