Service Terminated, after incorrect suspension

We had an issue before where your script didn't like 'Fakers' being in our FQDN and was suspended.
I believe we were added to a whitelist so not sure why it was Terminated?

We can migrate the site to another Host, if you could give us access to it and somehow pull off the content.
