Service terminated from inactivity. Do I lose my website?

Hello,

I didn't sign in for a couple of months. I can log into my account. It says my "Service" was terminated. That "Service" was my website. Does that mean my website is gone and I have to rebuild it again by adding another "Service?" Is there a way to "Unterminate" my service?

I'm a beginner and would appreciate the help? I requested an "Unsuspension" but have not gotten a response. Not sure if this is considered an Unsuspension since I can log into the account.

terminated usually means the services were deleted.
sometimes staff can do a restore if a backup is still available.
depending how long its been, but only staff can do that.
im not sure if users can create a service or not.

the forums are generally for users helping other users.
staff is not always available to answer all the time in a quick manner.
but they do check posts
