Service Unavailable?

Hey everyone. Is there a problem with the Starka server? I have MediaWiki installed and when I try to go onto it, I get:
[h=1]503 Service Unavailable[/h]The server is temporarily busy, try again later!

I also find when I eventually get on it, I can't edit any pages.

congestion on the server

Any idea if this will eventually be solved?

When I access digidevelopment.co.cc, I just get:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 20971520) (tried to allocate 7864320 bytes) in /home/digideve/public_html/w/extensions/WikiEditor/WikiEditor.i18n.php on line 18031

Hopefully this will get solved soon. Nothing you can do about it though.
