Hi Admins

First, sorry forgot to visit the forums nearly 2 weeks.

I'm having a problem with my account now, this is what services status says

Apache HTTP Offline

MySQL Offline

Exim Offline

cPanel Offline

FTP Offline

DNS Offline

I'm not sure if its the inactivity issue, but when I checked this url

http://staff.x10hosting.com/suspended.page/

and submitted by cpanel username, it says my account is not suspended.

Please help, don't know what happened.
