Session save path: Not Set, Unwriteable at Joomla Pre-installation

Can anybody help me please? I'have one week trying to install Joomla by myself but in the pre-installation page it shows me:

Session save path: Not Set Unwriteable
I've readed that I need to edit the php.ini file but I can't findf it, also that I have to try edit .htacces but I did it as well and nothing works.

Help please!!!

Where is it trying to save the sessions to?

I tried to use /public_html/joomla/administrator/tmp setting 644 permissions but nope, it doesn't work

set the folder permissions to 777 and try it again.
