Setting up a forum

Well , may i ask if this is happening only to me?
I can't install SMF nor PhpBB , can you?
I have asked someone what does this error mean : Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/akisboy/public_html/smf/Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 1726
and he told me that its some problem with x10hosting permissions or something like that.
Whenever i try to install PHPBB on the site , i just cant see the install.php.
Before 2weeks ago , everything was going just great , until something happened and i couldn't use Smf or PHPBB.
My question here is , does this happen to you too? , or its just something to do with me?

Hello,

you need to login to your account from the main site here then at the bottom of the page you can upgrade your PHP version (level two should be ok)

I got my upgrade to lvl2 and still I cant put up forum, lvl 3 was denied :dunno:

Your account has the "Intermediate" version of PHP, which has the eval function enabled. You need to give 4hs after your account gets upgraded, for changes to take effect.
If it still doesn't work, please provide a link to your forum.
