Setting up email Please help

I have MS Outlook 2003 and I have never used it before. I would like to link my email to it but I am having troubles getting it to send out emails. Could someone please help me out by filling in what i need for the fields.

my email address = djcottrell@cdhpowdercoating.com
Domain = Cdhpowdercoating.com

Your Name =
Email Address =
Incoming mail server =
Outgoing mail server =
User name =
Password =

Your Name = Whatever Your Name Is(Corey for me)
Email Address = djcottrell@cdhpowdercoating.com
Incoming Mail = mail.cdhpowdercoating.com
Outgoing Mail = mail.cdhpowdercoating.com <--This might not be able to be used depending on your ISP. They might force you to use their server.
Username = djcottrell@cdhpowdercoating.com
Password = Whatever you set the password to when you created the email.

Well you have to set up an Email account in Email section of your Cpanel.

I cant tell you the information really because i dont know your server details, but for example mine are:

Your Name = Obvious?
Email Address = Obvious?
Incoming mail server = mail.assassinware.x10hosting.com
(ssl) ciroc.x10hosting.com
Outgoing mail server = mail.assassinware.x10hosting.com port 25
(ssl) ciroc.x10hosting.com port 25
User name = Your login User name
Password = Your login Password

The server will more than likely require authentication.

now i have problem to, i use this email today but tonight is stopt, i don't know what is error, i set up my mail client whit this info: out server: mail.wapmasters.biz, in server: mail.wapmasters.biz, user: admin@wapmasters.biz, pass: mypass, don't work, allso tryed whit ciroc.x10hosting.com server, not workin.

domain: wapmasters.biz
package: adsfree

We appear to be having problems with our e-mail server.
Most issues resolve themselves, please post back when both SMTP and POP services are showing as up in the server status thread.
