I don't mean to be ignorant or anything, but I recently logged into cpanel and realised that I was running on an ad-free server. I'm confused because I signed up and operated on the ad-enhanced stoli server for the longest time. When was this change made? How can I go back to ad-enhanced?

In the title make sure you make it clear what you're ticket is about. You should also already have the x10hosting ad on your site before the ticket is made. Because they will review your site to make sure it meets requirements before re-upgrading you.

On making the ticket please remain patient because it's very, very busy back there.
