You can't, as SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) requires SSH, which isn't permitted on free hosting.

You can use FTPS though, which is the standard FTP protocol with encryption though.

How do I connect using FTPS? I tried using filezilla and no luck.

Host: your site
Port: 21
Protocol: FTP
Encryption: Require explicit FTP over TLS
