What is a shell script? Why is my website banned... I gave the cPanel details to one of my staff...

Looks like you gave your details to someone who either doesn't like your site or has no idea what they were doing: they uploaded a command line script, which is a violation of the Terms of Service. You are personally responsible for all the content on the account, so their actions are your responsibility. This means you account will not be unsuspended.

Just to add a clarification, Shell Scripts fall under the Hacking section of the TOS from what I can tell, because they're designed to exploit vulnerabilities in our protection setup. That's why it's zero tolerance.
