Shoutcast Intro

Ive searched google all over. Im having trouble setting up an intro file for shoutcats. I jsut dont know what the url is or where I keep the media posted. Can some one help me?

Also does anyone know a mixing program where I cna make the jingles and intro ect?

Have you tried blending the different audio patterns together in Audacity?
