i was wondering if anyone knew anything about this, and if it would be possible to set up a server on here...

If I`m wrong one of the mods will correct me, but I dont think this is allowed as its streaming audio, plus it will eat up your bandwidth I would imagine.

music is allowed if it is original and played with permissions (aka. composed by moi) i was just wondering if it would be a cpu hog kinda thing, and thats fine, ill go and hunt down that topic ^.^ thnx guys

well Shoutcast servers are quite expensive due to the bandwidth usage of servers being quite high.
