Well im not familar with shoutcast but u said hoom, im hoping you said hook wich im assuming you just got a new router. But if you did try logging into your router and make sure the port your using is clear. Also, if you have a built in firewall into it make sure the firewall is allowing shoutcast to log in. Hope that helps, otherwise im not familiar with shoutcast so i dont know.

Well in shoutcast, and I know this much, there is an option to change your port, find where that is and write it down. Then log into your router and make sure nothing is blocking the port you write down. As too what you should have your port at... Well keep it or try something close to it. BTW, what router did you have before?

try turning on DMZ to your computers ip from your router, and letting your shoutcast server go through the windows firewall.

Not familar with dlink but what where you using before and why dont you just stick with your old one like i do? Or if you want your new one for like maybee wi-fi just try connecting it to your old router, i had to do that when i had voip.

when you mean browser you mean internet browser like IE or FF? If thats what you mean then contact Mozilla or Microsoft or whoever.

Ya, but when you say rogers do you mean theres a problem with your ISP?? If that I would call them, but if its a problem with IE or FF I would post in their forums

I don't know shoutcast that well or at all for that matter. So my best advice would be to visit shoutcast's support forums if they have them.
