Sign In Successful Error

I have been able to log in to my account since the upgrade but now I am getting this error. Can you help me? Thank you

I am getting exactly the same thing (after signing in and clicking on the "Open CPanel" button - which also needs to be changed because it hasn't been CPanel for a long time now).

I should also note now that a few hours ago FTP login wasn't working (using Filezilla), but that did just work right now and I could update a file that I needed to.
