sign up to Cpanel?

i have successfully singed up to and AdFree hosting plan, but when i sign into it, it asks me to put my Cpanel username in the field below. but i don't know what it is!!!!!!! no-one's told me! so is there a way o sing up to it without having to start all over again?

Your cPanel username will be in the confirmation email you recieved along with your cPanel link etc.

i have a similar problem. i have been a member in the AdFree section for three months now and suddenly i cant access any of the services and when i log in i get the box that asks for username. i have tried the correct username and other variants of it but no luck.
