signed up - but no email yet

Hi ,

Today around noon time I signed up ad free option. I got the message saying I should receive email shortly.
No email after couple of hours. Then , I saw a link which says if you didn't get confirmation email... you can do it here... I tried that.... again no email.

should I wait for a day or there is something wrong ?

With as many new members as we have been getting the past few weeks, the sign up process is a little slower than normal. I have been told there has been in upwards of 400+ new accounts signed up daily. So it will take a little time for your account to be processed.

It should be sent out automatically as soon as you sign up. But as stated above there are a lot of sign ups each day. So It could take some time for you to get your email. Have you tried signing up with the same account details to see whether the account was actually created?

If you use the resend link above it is sent out immediately. Make sure you add x10hosting to your whitelist and check your SPAM\Bulk Email Folders

I got activation link. Now it's working.

However I can not login to cpanel. I can see my a/c status is UNsuspended, shows cpanel url.... But when I try to enter username/password, same authentication window comes back. what could be wrong ?

A/c page shows my server name is cossacks.x10.

I'm able to login to panel now. Looks like yesterday for some time it wasn't working.
