Signup Error

Hello,
I tried to sign up for an ad enhanced corporate account and I got an email saying there was an error and saying to try signing up again. I tried to sign up again but it wouldn't let me because the username and subdomain were taken by the old signup.

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

I did that but I had to use a different username this time. I got an email last night that said it was created successfully but I can't log in to the account page. It says the username does not exist. cPanel works fine though.

You need to use your Forum username and password to login to the Account Management Panel.
