Since the Server move my site wont work?

Error: Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

everything looks right infact nothing has channged sice it was working ok. but since the server migration it wornt work any ideas

the only guess i have is i need to change the setting on my domain am i way off?

My domain points to DNS server( ns1.x10hosting.com)

Change the config.php file to

var $dbtype = 'mysql';
var $host = 'localhost';
