Site 50% time down

Hi there, I am new on this. I am starting a site using expression engine http://monaliart.com/, but the site is constantly getting down, the browsers says the connection was lost. The FTP service also gets lost at the same times. I try with other sites like yahoo.com or facebook.com and appear to work fine.
I want to know if this is expected behavior of a free hosting account or you are having problems with the server load?

As a side note, I am in the chopin server.

We have recently moved datacentres, and there are still a couple of small problems left over. These should be sorted soon.
Please keep checking the Forums and http://status.x10hosting.com for updates.
If you are still having problems in a few days there might be something else wrong with your account, if this is the case someone will be able to look into it for you.

All right thanks very much for the quick response, I will be paying more attention to the status to look upon datacenter problem fixes.
