Site and cpanel issue

I cant either go on my site, cpanel and i cant use my ftp client. My friend has no problems with it, he can access all of it. So what could be wrong? Please some help. Ive flushed my dns, cleared my browser cache, i cant even with a proxy access my site.

Edit: Now i get a domain available screen and my pass is not working for my cpanel
