Site and cPanel not accessible

Site and cPanel not accessible.
But I can access cPanel through http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082

I read here that this was the problem with new accounts and that its been fixed - but mines' neither very new nor is it fixed. Any time frame for this to be fixed?
