Site and Cpanel Will not Load

Okay, here is the deal. I've made 2 topics before this one. Neither were resolved but both were locked. That was on one hosting account. Now, I made a new account with x10. Within 24 hours, the same thing happened to my second account that happened to my first one.

What happened? I'm pretty sure that my IP has been banned by x10. What makes me think this?
1. The site will not load. At all.
2. The Cpanel will not load.
3. Flsuhing my DNS cache doesn't do anything.
4. I can load my site and cpanel from other computers at different IPs.
5. Using 5 different devices at my IP, I can't load the site or the cpanel.
6. Using a proxy I can view my site and cpanel.
7. Filezilla(an FTP) won't receive the welcome message from the site.
8. My account isn't suspended.
9. I'll add more as I think of them. For now that's all I can think of...

If possible I'd like someone to either think of another idea as to what happened(I don't think there is one) or escalate this to the higher ups. Whoever that is...

I really like x10 and was considering buying their services until I got no service for a month on a free account.

It sounds like your IP is blocked by x10's firewall.

I will escalate this so one of the Staff can check out your problem.

I don't think you will have this problem with our paid services. What did you install or run or do to get your Ip blocked by the firewall?
