Hi
My online collaborative genelogy website (PhPGEDView) has an administrative option that backs up all data to a zip file ready for download , so any changes made by users to the family tree are not lost in the event of database corruption such as I experiaced recently. However in a bitter twist of irony, it seems the very act of backing up renders the data inacessable through automatic account suspension - it seems zipping is deemed to use too many server resources!
How can I back up without loosing access like this?
I was also pretty suprised to see this single process described as "consistanthy high usage" in the suspension reason, given that the process lasted all of 10 seconds before failing on the first attempt.(presumably the suspension kicked in mid way through)
What can I do to unsuspend, and back up ?
Cheers
Paul
