Site backups - Further back??

Hello

I used to host a different site on my hosting plan here but it was before the backup system was in place. Is it possible to go back and retrieve the site i had on here before the one i use now??

I'm willing to pay for it's retrieval if it is possible. For anyone looking it was a website and forum based on a pop singer named Louise (hence my account name).

Please tell me it's not lost forever?
