Haven't been able to use my mcindusmods.pcriot.com site for a couple of months, and my users get a 'site can't be reached' error. I used the internal site builder to create my website, and i'm not sure why it no longer loads. I can log in to the cPanel no problem. Please advise or I'll have to go elsewhere.

There is a strange issue happening for some users right now. The admin team is aware, but no resolution date has been given.
If you want to go elsewhere, please note there is no easy way to back up your entire account at this time. Make sure you get all your files from FTP or the file manager, databases from PHPMyAdmin, and then all of your FTP and email accounts from DirectAdmin. Your account will automatically be deleted once you haven't used it in a while, so once you go, everything will be cleaned up for you.
